We bring the whole hog fully cooked. When we arrive, we will display the hog for everyone to see.
We bring serving utensils, chafing dishes to keep all food covered, hot and cold.
We will carve the hog on premise. We stay approximately 1 hour. Once everyone has gone through the buffet line, if there is still food left, they can go through a 2nd time. Then we will pack up and leave. You will need to supply us with an 8 foot table for the buffet
We request a $300 non refundable deposit to hold the date. If the event is cancelled we keep the deposit. Totall Due in full, 3 days prior to even, by bank check or cash ONLY
